Save Within Instagram App
Tap the bookmark icon below any post to save it to your Instagram collections. Access saved posts from your profile menu.

Screenshot Method
Take a screenshot on your device. On iOS, press Side + Volume Up. On Android, press Power + Volume Down. Crop as needed.

Request Your Data
Go to Settings → Your Activity → Download Your Information to get all your photos and data from Instagram in a ZIP file.

Browser Inspector (Desktop)
Right-click on a post → Inspect Element → find the <img> tag → copy the src URL → open in new tab → right-click → Save Image As.
